We collect personal information only when you create an account, deposit funds, or contact our support team. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we encrypt sensitive information such as payment details and account credentials.
Our privacy practices comply with applicable data protection standards in the jurisdictions where we operate. What we collect on budaya
We collect information in three categories. Account information includes your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Payment information includes the bank account or mobile wallet details you provide when depositing or withdrawing—for example, your OVO account number, e-wallet ID, mobile banking code, or local payment virtual account reference. We do not store your full credit card number or bank password; we only retain the reference needed to process your transactions via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet.
Activity information includes your login history, selections you place on Liga 1 or Piala AFF, games you play, your account balance, and your withdrawal requests. We also collect IP address and device information (such as browser type and operating system) to detect unusual account access and prevent fraud. We do not track your activity outside budaya or sell browsing data to advertisers.
How we use your data
We use your data for five main purposes. First, we operate your account—storing your balance, processing deposits and withdrawals, and tracking your activity. Second, we prevent fraud and security threats by detecting unusual patterns, such as rapid large withdrawals or account access from multiple countries in short timeframes. Third, we comply with legal obligations by keeping records of your account and transactions subject to applicable law.
Fourth, we contact you about account changes, payment issues, or security alerts—for example, if we flag suspicious activity, we may email you to confirm it was authorized. Fifth, we improve our platform by analyzing how users interact with Liga 1, Piala AFF, live-dealer tables, and slot games so we can fix bugs and make features more usable. We do not use your data for marketing or sell it to third parties.
Third-party processors and data location
We use third-party processors to handle specific functions. Our payment processor manages deposits and withdrawals from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and other payment methods. Our email provider sends account notifications and support responses. Our hosting provider operates our servers. These processors only access the data they need to perform their function—for example, our payment processor sees your payment details, but our hosting provider does not.
Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction. If you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, your data may be transmitted to and stored on servers in other countries. You consent to this data transfer by using budaya. We require our processors to maintain the same security standards we apply internally, and we audit their practices annually.
